Minimum of 1 years of Administrative Assistant experience and very comfortable communicating with internal and external customers. Position is located in Bellevue.
Responsibilities
• Provide assistance to internal and external clients in resolving orders
• Diagnosing customer problems
• Contributing to achieving operational goals in business operations activities
• Provide reports that measure the quality and quantity of work performed
• Automate day to day tasks, as needed, to facilitate more efficient processes and reliable operations
